As thought's of you return customer will notice, I have a new data base
program that changes the look. It is very good and makes ordering easier. The only drawback is that I have to change
every book on the page to conform with the new data base. I'm doing that right now. So, if an item doesn't say
Out of Stock, that may not be true. I'll get this finished as soon as possible. But as the Commandore offen says,
"if it ain't one G#$damn thing it's another. Remines me of the front lines in 1918. Me and some of the boys
was out.....blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah".
HOLD PERIOD
We will hold an issue(s) for 10 days. If nothing is received by the end
of the Hold Period the issue(s) will go back in stock.

- Cashier's Check - Requires a
special trip to your bank.
- Money Order - Requires a visit

METHODS OF SHIPMENT
We ship orders one of the following ways:
Domestic
- US Postal Service
- United Parcel Services
- Federal Express
International
- Global Priority - Canada and Pacific Rim countries only.
As of today, all shipping out of the USA, is not properly accounted for with the software. There may be an additional
charges to any order from out-side the USA by person's using a credit card as payment. My web-master is working
on the problem. We have his children. The Commandant, God bless his soul, promises not to hurt the children.......as
long as the problem get's solved by January, 2000.
CREDIT CARD INSTRUCTIONS
I now have real-time credit card acceptance software that will allow you to
order without emailing me with your card information. I do not anticipate any major problems, but, if you encounter
any please email me the trouble so I can contact my webmaster to get it corrected.
PERSONNAL CHECKS OR MONEY ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
For thought of you who wish to write a personnal check or pay using a money
order, simply order using the shopping cart, except at the end click on the, "phone or fax" and print
yourself a copy of your order. Then email me at: info@legionnairecomics.com.
I'll pull the books and email you back. I will ship within 24 hours of receiving
your check or money order.
This policy will change. I am getting my webmaster to change it so when you want to pay by check or money order
, you click on - Finalize My Order - and I will automatically be emailed your order. I will email you back to confirm
to order.
RETURN POLICY
Our policy is 100% satisfaction or your money back. If for one reason or another
you find the issue(s) you purchased were not the quality you expected you need only do the following:
- Email me the problem. Telling me what issue(s) you
want to return and when you will return them.
- When I receive the issue(s) I will refund your payment, fully.
In order to receive a full refund you must:
- Return the issue(s) within 5 days of receiving them.
- They must be returned in the same condition you received them in.
